 Donations

Donations to the Myanmar Buddhist Association of Tennessee (MBAT), Inc. are tax deductible in accordance with section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of the tax-exemption letter can be accessed here.

All operating costs for the temple are paid with donations, which may be either placed in the box by the temple door or mailed as checks or money orders to:

The Myanmar Buddhist Association of Tennessee also accepts donations through PayPal.

If you would like for us to send a receipt for your donation, please include a note with your name and address as you wish for them to be listed and be certain to indicate if you are making the donation on behalf of someone else.

We also welcome donations in the form of volunteer labor, food, and essential supplies. If you are interested in donating goods or services to us, please contact us so that we may determine how to best make use of your generosity.
